• Satisfaction Guarantee for Initial Classes: If you are not satisfied within the first 6 classes, you may be eligible for a partial refund of the course fee.
• Program Non-Delivery:If we cannot provide the training program due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, we will issue a full refund.

Refunds for web and mobile app development projects are available under limited conditions:

• Cancellation Before Project Start:If you decide to cancel before project initiation, a full refund of upfront fees may be issued.
• Partial Refunds for Milestone-Based Projects: For projects with multiple milestones, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the work completed at the time of cancellation.
• Service Dissatisfaction: We are committed to making adjustments if you are dissatisfied with completed work. Refunds for dissatisfaction will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on project requirements and our attempts to resolve issues.
